Zoe Mills is an accomplished professional in the hospitality and experiential marketing industries, currently serving as a Senior Activation Manager at Because Creative Experiences Australasia since September 2018 and as a Senior Producer at BEcause Experiential Marketing since March 2014. With a strong focus on creating magical and memorable brand experiences, Zoe has held various roles including Senior Staffing Manager and Staffing Manager, where responsibilities included recruiting, training, and managing brand ambassadors as well as overseeing logistical planning. Prior to this, Zoe served as Conference & Banqueting Operations Manager at Exclusive Hotels and Venues, achieving significant financial growth through effective team management. Zoe's career also includes an Event Manager position at Acclaim Food, managing large-scale events, and early experience as a Camp Counselor at YMCA Camp Lakewood. Educationally, Zoe holds a BA Hons in Hospitality Management and an HND in International Food and Hospitality Management from Bournemouth University.
