Luca Gualco's work experience begins in 1989 when they worked as a FROGMAN | U-212A RESCUE SAT DIVER until 1995. In 1996, they served as a visiting instructor at the Los Angeles County Office of the Assessor and also led the young urban team in the political campaign for Franco Malerba's election as a Member of the European Parliament. luca then joined Pro Recco Waterpolo 1913 as an athlete and achieved significant success in the LEN European Champions League. In 2012, Luca became the Head of Expansion at Uber, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the SVP of Sales, Marketing, and Community at The We Company. Currently, Luca is working at Because Market as the President, aiming to establish it as the top brand for older adults.

Luca Gualco obtained their Doctorate in Economics from the Università degli Studi di Genova between the years 2003 and 2008.
