BeChallenge
Xavi Pascual is the Founder and CEO of BeChallenge, a Challenge Based Learning Platform aimed at empowering students with essential soft skills in the digital era. Since November 2017, Xavi has led initiatives focused on "Learning By Doing" and "Learning by Creating" to enhance student engagement. Xavi also serves as a Founder at BeSolver and as an International Consultant for Educational Transformation at Reimagine Education, where a unique methodology for educational reform is implemented. In addition to these roles, Xavi is an Associate Professor at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, specializing in Instructional Design through Technology, and an EdTech Advisor assisting startups in creating impactful educational products. Previous experiences include teaching positions in various educational institutions and a role as Product Manager at Miss Humblebee's Academy. Education credentials include advanced degrees in Education, E-learning Project Management, and Entrepreneurship from prestigious institutions such as MIT xPRO and Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
