Margaret Straub

Margaret Straub, SHRM-CP, is a Learning and Development Specialist at Bechtel Plant Machinery, Inc. since August 2022, responsible for overseeing the New Manager Assimilation process and establishing training and employee development programs. Previously, Margaret served as a Learning and Development Assistant at Levin Furniture & Mattress, performing administrative tasks in the Learning Management System and collaborating on training content development. Additionally, Margaret gained experience as a Legislative Affairs Intern with the City of North Canton and as a Human Resources Intern at Beckman & Associates, Inc. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Conflict Management from Kent State University, completed in 2021.
