Neil Solan

Neil Solan is an experienced engineer currently serving as an Advanced Mechanical Engineer at Bechtel Plant Machinery, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing mechanical components for the United States Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program. Previously, Neil worked as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Kennametal, focusing on the global manufacturing of carbide metal cutting tools, and participated in the EMERGE Rotational Program as an Associate Engineer, specializing in tungsten carbide powder pressing and powder metallurgy. Prior experience includes a Research and Development Internship at ABB, contributing to the design of a high voltage circuit breaker. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
