Ann-Marie Padgett

Ann-Marie Padgett currently serves as the Region President for East Asia and the Pacific at Bechtel Corporation, a role held since July 2023. Prior to this position, Ann-Marie held various leadership roles at Caterpillar Inc. from November 2010 to June 2023, including Director of Market Access in the Remanufacturing Division and positions in International and Federal Government Affairs. Ann-Marie also worked as the Global Public Policy Manager at The Association of Equipment Manufacturers from May 2006 to October 2010 and as an International Trade Specialist at the U.S. Department of Commerce from July 2003 to May 2006. Ann-Marie holds an MBA in International Business with a focus on Chinese from the University of Hawai‘i - Shidler College of Business, and an Advanced Certificate in Mandarin Chinese from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. Additionally, Ann-Marie completed an undergraduate degree at Middlebury College from 1994 to 1998.
