Camila Bauer

Camila Bauer is a project engineer at Bechtel Corporation since August 2019, where Camila serves as the Environmental Health Safety Field Lead for the Cutlass Solar project, contributing to a significant solar PV expansion in the ERCOT Zone. Camila has played an integral role in various projects, including supporting the feasibility study of a 600 MW Bioenergy Power Plant with Carbon Capture and assisting in renewable energy integration for an oil refinery. Her early career included roles such as Environmental Safety and Health Intern, where Camila developed sustainability proposals for construction projects in Kenya and conducted assessments for conservation practices at a power plant. Camila holds a degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Engineering from Purdue University, where Camila was actively involved in the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers.
