John Clifford

John Clifford is a Major Infrastructure Projects Director with extensive experience in highway and rail project development. With 42 years in the industry, they have demonstrated leadership across all project stages, managing multinational teams for high-speed passenger, metro, light rail, and freight railway programs. John holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Engineering in Railway Infrastructure, all complemented by ongoing studies in Business Administration and Management. They currently serve as a Project Director for the Perth Airport Expansion with Bechtel Corporation.
