Jennifer Spoley

Jennifer Spoley has a diverse range of experience in project management and exhibit design. Jennifer started their career at Axelle Fine Arts, where they managed production and shipping departments for multiple galleries. Jennifer then worked at ESI Design as an Assistant Project Manager, coordinating with designers, clients, and contractors on exhibit design projects.

Jennifer then joined Warren Z Productions as a Production Coordinator, where they coordinated content, graphics, exhibits, media, and talent for a trade show. Jennifer also conducted research for the bidding process and facilitated communication between clients and design firms.

After that, Jennifer worked at One Source Printing & Graphics as a Project Manager/Coordinator, managing retail display projects and overseeing production schedules.

Jennifer then joined the American Museum of Natural History, initially as a Project Manager for Traveling Exhibit Operations, where they handled exhibition crating, shipping, repairs, and scheduling. Later, they became a Senior Project Manager, responsible for managing teams and daily operations for implementing traveling exhibitions. Jennifer also assisted in budget projections and overall department management.

Subsequently, Jennifer joined Gensler as a Design Project Manager, where they managed multiple cross-functional teams for a wide range of design projects. Jennifer created project plans, assigned designers, and maintained their workloads.

Jennifer'snext role was at The Metropolitan Museum of Art as a Senior Production Manager, leading studio process initiatives and improving communication and workflow between different design disciplines. Jennifer developed and tracked design schedules and budgets for numerous exhibitions.

Currently, Jennifer is working at Local Projects as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, they are responsible for team building and project management, working closely with designers, technologists, and content developers on complex exhibit design projects. Jennifer upholds design intent and quality standards, maintains client relationships, and ensures timely deliveries and documentation.

Jennifer Spoley attended Boston University and completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Painting.
