Sally Hancock

Sally Hancock is a resilient and high-energy leader with 20 years of experience in commercial, procurement, and project leadership. They have a strong track record of building high-performing teams and delivering successful projects while managing global teams through significant changes. Having worked in various prominent roles, including Head of Integrated Global Operations at BHP, they focused on improving safety and diversity within the workforce. Currently, they study Construction Management at the University of Newcastle and Civil Engineering at Clarkson University. Sally also completed the Executive Program in Authentic Leader Development at Harvard Business School in 2018.
