Scott Thoms

Scott Thoms, PE, is a construction management professional who has extensive experience in mega project environments. They served as a Lead Site Engineer at Bechtel from 2009 to 2012, overseeing critical installations at a large airport project. Subsequently, they held several roles at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals, including Area Field Engineer and Construction Staffing Manager, where they led teams and managed subcontractor relationships. Most recently, they worked as a Resource Planning Manager at Bechtel Civil Infrastructure, focusing on strategy development and staffing analysis. Scott holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management from Dartmouth College and a BS in Physics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
