Tom Porch

Tom Porch is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of diverse experience in the engineering and construction industry. They currently serve as the Deputy Manager of Operations at Bechtel Corporation, where they oversee Project Controls, Contracts, Six Sigma, Human Resources, Office Administration, and Computer Integration Technology for the Uranium Processing Facility in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Previously, Tom held the position of Project Controls Manager at Bechtel since 1994 and has a strong background in planning, scheduling, estimating, and project management across various fields, including LNG and nuclear power. Tom's significant achievements include leading the initial business management programs for the Queensland Curtis Island LNG program and managing multiple departments at Bechtel Oil Gas and Chemicals. They are a certified Six Sigma champion and hold a Master Project Controls Certification.
