Jon Nathe

Jon Nathe has extensive experience in warehouse and operations management, currently serving as the Shipping and Receiving Manager at Beck Flavors since February 2020. In this role, Jon oversees warehouse efficiency, employee training, inventory management, and compliance with safety regulations. Previously, Jon held various positions at Aesculap, including NPI Coordinator and Set World Supervisor, managing product launches and order fulfillment operations. Jon also has a background in logistics, having worked as a Hub Operations Supervisor at United Parcel Service, where coaching and performance metrics were a focus, and as a Parking Garage Supervisor for St. Louis County Government. Jon's diverse experience ensures a solid foundation in leadership and operational excellence.
