Scott Conti

Scott Conti is Project Manager for MassDOT Rail & Transit Division, Boston, responsible for capital improvements on 300 miles of MassDOT-owned rail lines. He previously was President of Capital Properties Inc. in Providence, was President/COO of Providence and Worcester Railroad Company, and Co-Superintendent/Assistant Project Engineer at Perini Corporation in Framingham. Scott is a graduate of Norwich University (Northfield, VT), where he received a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Railway Engineering & Maintenance of Way Association, and serves on the Board of Directors on the New England Railroad Club (past President), Kiwanis Club of Worcester, and Queen Lake Association.
