Joe Malinowski

Joe Malinowski is an experienced professional in the construction and project management sector. Currently serving as a Partner at Becker & Frondorf since April 2008, Joe has contributed to significant projects such as the ground-up construction of the Hyatt Centric hotel in Center City Philadelphia and the capital project planning for the Franklin Institute. Previous roles at Becker & Frondorf include Project Director, overseeing the renovation and exhibit construction at the National Constitution Center, and Project Manager, managing various phases of renovations at the Franklin Institute and the installation of an artist's work at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. Prior to Becker & Frondorf, Joe worked as a Builder and Customer Care Representative at Beazer Homes and as a Project Manager at Ryan Homes. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from Philadelphia University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
