Andrew Colletti

Andrew Colletti, MBA, possesses extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently an Associate and Civil Designer at Becker Morgan Group since February 2016, Andrew is responsible for site construction documents and project management. Prior to this role, Andrew served as a Civil Design Engineer at RMS Engineering, focusing on designing site plans and coordinating with various stakeholders. An internship at the University of Delaware's Water Resources Agency provided foundational experience, complemented by a role at Future Tech Consultants, where Andrew assisted with site inspections. Early in their career, Andrew worked as a Deckhand at Fire Island Ferries, gaining practical skills in maintenance and safety. Andrew holds an MBA in Management and Leadership from Dowling College and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
