Molly Traverso

Molly Traverso has diverse work experience in various industries. Molly is currently employed at Becker's Healthcare as the Associate Director of Client and Strategy, a role they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked in senior management positions at Becker's Healthcare and served as a Key Account Manager. Molly also has experience in business development as a Business Development Associate at Becker's Healthcare.

Before joining Becker's Healthcare, Molly worked at Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Analyst from July 2018 to May 2019. Molly also participated in the 2018 CFA Research Challenge at CFA Institute from October 2017 to February 2018.

Molly gained additional experience through internships at Discover Financial Services, where they worked in Line of Business Finance, and at Wintrust Mortgage, where they interned in Executive/HR.

Earlier in their career, Molly served as a Tennis Camp Instructor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and as an Assistant Tennis Coach at the South Suburban Tennis Academy.

Molly Traverso earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from John Carroll University between 2014 and 2018. Molly also obtained certifications including Series 50, Series 52, Series 63, and Series 79 from the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board and FINRA in 2018. In 2020 and 2022, Molly attended Kellogg Executive Education for courses in Customer Loyalty and Energizing People for Performance. Molly also holds a certification in Bloomberg Market Concepts from Bloomberg LP.
