Andy Kincade has extensive experience in programming and machining, currently serving as a Computer Numerical Control Programmer at Beckett Thermal Solutions since October 2022. Prior roles include Programmer at Kalt Manufacturing Co from December 2019 to October 2022, and Machinist positions at Rafter Equipment Corporation (September 2012 - December 2019) and Accurate Automatic Manufacturing (June 2005 - September 2012). Andy's background also includes work as a CNC Machinist at General Plug & Manufacturing (June 2004 - June 2005) and a Machinist at Firstar Precision Corp (June 1997 - June 2004), with skills in setting up and programming Mazak lathe and mills, as well as operating Acme Gridley screw machines.
