Chloe WieseYoung, PMP, serves as a Program Manager at Beckett Thermal Solutions since December 2019, overseeing New Product Development Projects. Previously, Chloe held the position of Manufacturing Engineer at Parker Hannifin from June 2015 to April 2019, managing capital projects and enhancing manufacturing operations through cross-functional teamwork and participation in Lean Kaizens. Early career experiences include Process Engineering internships at Parker Hannifin Tube Fittings Division Europe and Parflex Division, where Chloe contributed to process innovations and presented findings in German. Chloe began a career in engineering with internships in product and manufacturing engineering at Parker Hannifin, focusing on efficiency improvements and product design. Chloe earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, complemented by studies at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
