Ian Hoven has considerable experience in engineering and manufacturing, currently serving as a Process Manufacturing Engineer at Beckett Gas, Incorporated since January 2016. In this role, Ian leads and assists in new product development and improvement initiatives across various work centers, focusing on the planning, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes. Ian's tenure at Beckett Gas began in May 1999 as a Tool and Die Leadman and Improvement Coordinator, following earlier experience as a Tool and Die Maker at Lincoln Electric, where Ian completed an internship in 1998.
