Nicola Ricci

Nicola Ricci has had a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across various roles in finance and control. Starting in 1992 at Fiat Auto as a Plant Controller, they were responsible for plant standard costs, budget definition, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Nicola then moved on to Bestfoods, Inc. in 1994, where they worked as a Cost Accounting Manager and IT Project Leader, overseeing cost of goods accounting, planning, controlling, and reporting.

In 2000, Ricci joined Italtractor ITM Spa as a Group Controlling Manager, taking on overall responsibility for planning, control, and consolidated reporting for the group and operating holding. Nicola implemented a new harmonized structure for budget and consolidated financial statements and developed a consolidated reporting system integrated with ERP.

From 2007 to 2013, Ricci worked at Sidel as the Finance and Control Global Process Owner - Corporate Controller. Here, they were in charge of designing, harmonizing, and implementing group finance and control processes. Nicola successfully implemented a new SAP system and standardized cost center structure throughout the group.

Most recently, they joined Beckett Thermal Solutions in 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer - Europe.

Throughout their career, Ricci has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, process improvement, and system implementation.

Nicola Ricci completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Università Bocconi. Nicola attended the university from 1983 to 1989. Prior to that, they studied at Istituto Tecnico Commerciale "P. Giannone" from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a degree in Accounting and Commercial Expertise. Nicola'sacademic focus at the technical commercial institute was on business and commerce.
