Nicole Köster

Nicole Köster has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles in the marketing and communication field. Nicole most recently worked at Beckhoff Automation as the Head of Marketing & Communication starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at KONE GmbH, including Leiter Marketing & Unternehmenskommunikation DACH from May 2019 to December 2022, Clusterhead Marketing&Communication DACH&NEM from June 2019 to November 2022, Leiter Marketing & Unternehmenskommunikation D from January 2008 to April 2019, and Leiter Marketing & PR Mid European Group from January 2005 to December 2007. Before joining KONE GmbH, Nicole Köster worked as the Leiter Marketing at WITTENSTEIN Group from June 2002 to December 2004. Nicole also gained experience at ALPHA GETRIEBEBAU GMBH, where they worked as the Leiter Marketing Services from October 1995 to June 2002, and as the Assistentin GF Bereich Marketing from October 1994 to September 1995. Nicole Köster began their career at Glaswerk Schuller in September 1988, where they completed their Ausbildung zur Werbekauffrau until March 1990.

Nicole Köster completed their undergraduate studies at Fachhochschule Würzburg, graduating with a Diplom Betriebswirt degree in Betriebswirtschaft in 1994. Nicole then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and related support services. Nicole attended both The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg and UMass Boston from 1999 to 2001.
