Rich Watts

Rich Watts has extensive experience in IT and security management. RICH currently serves as the VP of Information Security at Becklar, where they lead innovative Technology and Security teams in supporting and securing solutions for growing businesses. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Information Technology at AvantGuard Monitoring Centers from 2015 to 2021. In 2013, they worked as the Manager of Technology - Network Operations at H&R Block, where they played a crucial role in data center consolidation and fostering collaboration between teams. From 2007 to 2013, Rich held various roles at RedGear Technologies, including Manager IT/Development and Senior Infrastructure Engineer, where they significantly contributed to cost reduction, network infrastructure reliability, and the implementation of agile development processes. Before that, they worked as a Senior Network Engineer at Affiliated Computer Services Solutions France S.A.S, where they designed and supported multinational networks for clients. Rich's career began as a Network Engineer III at MarketStar in 2004.

Rich Watts graduated from Weber State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics.
