Caroline Lilley is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors with extensive experience in strategic impact and partnerships. Currently serving as the Impact, Strategy & Partnerships Commercial & Impact Director at Beckley Psytech since August 2021 and as Co-Founder of Contribute Group Ltd since January 2024, Caroline previously held various regional managerial roles at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, focusing on neuroscience and oncology, as well as product management in rheumatology at Janssen EMEA. Caroline's early career included a marketing assistant role at Johnson & Johnson and positions in account and product management at Janssen. Caroline's educational background includes an MSc in Sustainability from Cranfield School of Management, a Diploma in Marketing from the CIM, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Geography from Oxford Brookes University.
