Vian Morales

Vian Morales has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2011, they served as a Personnel Management Officer for the 1189th Transportation Brigade, where they managed personnel accounting and organization administration. In 2012, they became a Human Resources Officer and Program Manager for the United States Army Reserve Command/FORSCOM, implementing improvements in service members' discharge and transfer processes. From 2014 to 2019, Vian had roles in the US Army as a Detachment Commander and Senior Instructor/Access Manager, where they demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills. In 2016, they joined Dell as the Regional Director of Operations and Sales, successfully launching the Dell Military Program and establishing new partnerships. Vian then worked at H2 Performance Consulting as an Operations Manager and Technical Recruiter/Researcher. In 2019, Vian took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at FREQUENCY, where they later transitioned to Operations Director. Currently, they hold the position of SVP of Operations at Beckley Retreats. Overall, Vian Morales has a track record of effective leadership, strategic planning, and operational management.

Vian Morales obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health, Exercise, and Sports Science from The Citadel, which they attended from 2005 to 2009. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Sports Management and Administration at Georgia State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2011.
