Pavel Khaziniuk

Pavel Khaziniuk is an experienced professional in procurement and engineering, currently serving as Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing at Leica Biosystems since July 2024. Prior to this role, Pavel held various positions at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, including Senior Manager of Procurement and Component Engineering since September 2019 and Procurement Manager/Engineering Manager, along with Senior Project Engineer since March 2010. Pavel’s earlier experience includes Project Engineer at Covidien and Electrical Design Engineer at Hill-Rom, where responsibilities encompassed project management, design support, failure analysis, and cost reduction initiatives. Educational credentials include an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
