Renu Gupta

Renu Gupta has over a decade of experience in the field of regulatory affairs and quality assurance. Renu started their career at Johnson & Johnson Medical, where they worked as an Executive-RA, ensuring regulatory compliance and coordinating regulatory submissions. Renu then moved on to Fresenius Medical Care, where they served as a Manager-RA, responsible for driving regulatory strategies and establishing relationships with regulatory agencies. After that, they joined Baxalta as an Associate Director, leading the country team in product registrations and ensuring compliance with Baxter standards and regulations. Renu then worked at Grifols India Healthcare Pvt Ltd as a Technical Director, where they set up the local subsidiary, developed regulatory strategies, and worked with cross-functional teams. Currently, Renu Gupta is the Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, overseeing JAPAC operations. Renu has held various roles within the company, including Head of Commercial Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs for SWA and ANZ.

Renu Gupta's education history includes earning a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified Practitioner from TUV Academy in 2022 and completing an ISO 13485 Lead Auditor Course at BSI Training Academy in 2021. In 2011, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business from SCDL, with a field of study in Management. Prior to that, they earned a Master in Pharmacy specializing in Pharmacology from Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research (DIPSAR) in 2007, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) from the same institution in 2005, focusing on Pharmacy. Additionally, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Law from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development in 2010.
