Samia Doughan

Samia Doughan is a seasoned professional in the field of medical technology with extensive experience in technical support and customer solutions. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Product Tech Support for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics since April 2018, Samia leads a team dedicated to providing high-quality technical assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction through collaborative efforts and strategic support initiatives. Previous roles include Staff Applications Scientist, where responsibilities encompassed leading complex development projects and troubleshooting issues, and Senior Application Scientist at Access Genetics, focusing on clinical molecular diagnostic programs. Earlier experience includes working as a Blood Bank Specialist at Chronic Care Center in Beirut. Samia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from the American University of Beirut and an Official Lebanese Baccalaureate in Sociology and Economics from the International School of Choiefat.
