Victor Arellano

Victor Arellano has extensive experience in information security and software development, currently serving as Senior Manager for Global Information Security at Beckman Coulter, where responsibilities have included leadership roles and strategic oversight since July 2014. Prior to this, Victor worked for the County of San Bernardino in various programming roles, contributing to significant projects such as a web-based application for ballot status and clinical therapy services. Victor's earlier experience includes application development at Environmental Systems Research Institute, where contributions improved GIS applications for various government clients.
