Yien Zhang

Yien Zhang is an experienced HR leader with a comprehensive background in talent management, organizational development, and strategic HR initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as HR Leader for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics China, Yien leads a three-member team in executing HR strategies and enhancing employee engagement. Previous roles include HR Director for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, HR Director for APAC at Tektronix, and HR Business Partner at GE, where Yien earned notable awards for excellence in HR initiatives. Yien’s career also includes significant positions at Nike, IBM, and Johnson Electric, showcasing a strong foundation in HR operations, change management, and training development. Yien holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor's degree in Ecotourism Management and an Associate degree in Human Resources Management from Sichuan Agricultural University.
