Peter Shaplin

Peter Shaplin is the EVP, Chief Operations Officer.

With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Peter oversees the day-to-day operations of the Company’s real estate portfolio, including new leasing, build-to-suit projects, acquisitions and portfolio management. He has extensive experience in portfolio and asset management, acquisitions, dispositions and join ventures investments.

Prior to joining Becknell Industrial, Peter worked for UBS Realty Investors where he served as Executive Director - Portfolio Manager of UBS’ Trumbull Property Fund.

Peter received his Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Lafayette
