Mike Novakoski

Mike Novakoski is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the construction and business sectors. As President and CEO of EV Construction since June 1988, Mike has led a regional operation specializing in General Contracting, Construction Management, and Design Build services. In addition, Mike serves as President and CEO of The EV Group, providing supplemental staffing in highly regulated industries. Mike's leadership role extends to Become Unmistakable as a Partner, focusing on employee-centric training and consulting, and to EV Capital Solutions, LLC and Parachute Resources, LLC. Active in community service, Mike has held significant roles at the Michigan West Coast Chamber of Commerce and YPO, including chairing the board and being a member of the International Forum Committee. Mike is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and holds additional degrees in Finance and Construction Management.
