Brighton Hillstead

Brighton Hillstead, PHR, is an experienced finance and human resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Finance Specialist and previously as a Human Resources Analyst at Becoming Independent since March 2017, Brighton has also worked at Thrive Life from 2015 to 2020 in roles including Human Resources Manager and Recruiting Coordinator. Additional experience includes a position as a Human Resources Assistant at BYU Broadcasting and a Social Media Recruiting Intern at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Brighton earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Brigham Young University and studied at Universidad de Alcalá in 2013.
