Roneta Bajorinaitė

Roneta Bajorinaitė has extensive work experience in various roles. Roneta is currently the CEO & Co-Founder of beCreatives since August 2017. Previously, they worked as a Launch Manager at Video Hackers from August 2017 to March 2021, where they assisted in the creation of an online video editing course and managed its launches. Roneta also served as a Creative Director at Playtivities from January 2017 to November 2020, leading the design and creative direction of a family games and kids education blog.

Prior to that, Roneta worked at UAB "Gera dovana" as an E-Commerce Specialist from October 2016 to January 2018, where they managed and optimized online sales channels, developed digital marketing strategies, and analyzed website analytics. Roneta also held the role of E-Commerce Junior Specialist at the same company for a brief period, focusing on newsletter marketing.

Before their e-commerce roles, they worked as a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist at Danske Bank from January 2016 to May 2016, processing invoices and reconciling accounts. Roneta also had earlier experiences in educational institutions such as ISM University of Management and Economics and The Centre of Non-formal Education of Lithuania, where they participated in design thinking and language competitions. Roneta also took part in the European Union Contest for Young Researchers (National Stage) organized by The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania in 2010.

Roneta Bajorinaitė attended ISM University of Management and Economics from 2012 to 2016, where they studied economics and politics. In 2015 and 2016, they also became an exchange student at Federation University Australia, focusing on economics. Prior to their university studies, Roneta attended Kedainiai Šviesioji Gymnasium from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they received training in piano at a music school from 1995 to 2007.
