Brian Koops

Brian Koops is an experienced engineering and operations professional with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Associate Director of Service Quality at BD since October 2020, Brian previously held the position of VP of Engineering & Technical Services at Jacuzzi Group, overseeing comprehensive engineering and customer service initiatives for the Spa Division. Prior experience includes significant roles at Star Trac Health & Fitness, where Brian was Senior Director of Global Manufacturing and Operations, as well as Managing Director for Star Trac Strength, focusing on manufacturing optimization and automation. At Philips Medical Systems, Brian progressed from Mechanical Engineer to R&D Mechanical Engineering Manager, managing diverse teams to drive product development and cost reduction efforts. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
