Bryan Smith

Bryan Smith is an Associate General Counsel at Becton, Dickinson and Company, where they leverage their extensive legal expertise to lead strategic negotiations and mitigate risks. Previously, they served as Senior Counsel and Assistant General Counsel at BD, as well as Attorney at Walgreens, where they negotiated complex legal agreements and advised on healthcare regulatory matters. Bryan’s early career included a role as an Environmental Health Educator with the Village of Oak Park, developing health policies for community well-being. They hold a J.D. in Health Law from DePaul University College of Law, a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Health from Illinois State University.
