Craig Mitchell is currently the Principal Human Factors Engineer at BD, a position held since 2017. Previously, they worked as an Information Architect at Teradata from 2013 to 2017, and as a User Experience Design Manager at PatientSafe Solutions from 2009 to 2011. They earned both an MA and PhD in Human Factors from the University of South Dakota and hold a BA in Psychology and History from UC San Diego.
