Dror Berman has extensive experience in research and development, particularly in the medical device industry. At Johnson & Johnson, from January 2017 to January 2021, Dror held the position of Sr. Director, R&D - Head of Product, where leadership in technical and strategic product pipeline development was demonstrated, alongside management of a global R&D team. Previously, as R&D Director, Dror spearheaded the creation of the first Pulse Field Ablation platform, overseeing a team of 50 with a strong emphasis on technology, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, as Group Product Director in Global Strategic Marketing, Dror facilitated the launch of a key consumables module, significantly enhancing market share. Currently, Dror serves as VP R&D at BD since May 2025.
