Jim Maher has extensive experience in technical services and validation engineering within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Beginning as a Validation Specialist/Engineering Co-op at SmithKline Beecham, Jim progressed to roles such as Associate Technical Services Scientist at McNeil Consumer & Specialty Pharmaceuticals and Wyeth Vaccines, where responsibilities included drafting validation protocols and conducting training. At BD, Jim served as Sr. Quality Engineer and later as Sr. Validation Engineer, managing teams and overseeing sterilization validations, while also contributing to the development of AAMI/ISO standards. Jim's educational background includes a B.S. in Mathematics from Alvernia College and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
