John Ong is a results-driven, innovation-centric R&D leader currently focusing on new product development and innovation at BD. John has effectively managed teams across geographies, demonstrated a strong track record in medical device innovation, and contributed to projects at various stages, from conceptualization to clinical trials. Earlier in their career, John was recognized with an Outstanding Award as a research analyst intern at the Data Storage Institute and led a successful product development project at Innovfusion. John holds a First Class Honours degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
