Michael Dib

Michael Dib is an experienced executive in the healthcare technology sector, currently serving as the Vice President & General Manager of Global Services at BD since August 2025. Prior to this role, Michael held various senior leadership positions at Siemens Healthineers from July 2017 to August 2025, including Sr. Vice President of Global Service Operations and Sr. Director of Customer Service. Earlier career experiences include significant roles at Spacelabs Healthcare, where Michael served as Director of Global Quality Operations and Director of Global Product Support, among others, from November 2010 to July 2017, and as a Customer Service Engineer at Draeger from August 2004 to September 2006. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from Central Michigan University, completed in January 2003.
