Mike Anson

Mike Anson is a Business Development Specialist at BD since July 2016, where responsibilities include managing a Junior Account Manager, mentoring new associates, and supporting the UK sales team with product knowledge and tender processes. Prior to this role, Mike served as an Account Manager overseeing sales operations in the South West and South Central infusion territories, and as a Clinical Trainer embedded at Oxford University Hospital, focusing on the management and training of clinical staff. Earlier experiences include roles as Senior Charge Nurse at Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust and Charge Nurse at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, with extensive nursing skills and care delivery. Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Lancaster University and additional qualifications in Health Assessment and Supporting Learning & Assessment in Practice.
