Mitchell Hale

Mitchell Hale has a diverse background in sales and territory management, beginning as a Sales Representative and Assistant Manager at CUTCO Cutlery in 2012, where customer service and product demonstrations were key responsibilities. Following this, a career progressed through positions at MARTIN AUTOMOTIVE GROUP and ADP, focusing on customer satisfaction, appointment setting, and executive communication. As a District Manager at ADP, achievements included negotiating with C-suite executives and attaining 140% YTD sales, earning recognition in the President's Club. Currently, Mitchell serves as a Territory Manager at BD, continuing a strong focus on customer relations.
