Mitchell Neely

Mitchell Neely is currently the Director of Manufacturing, Materials at BD, where they manage a portfolio of cost savings negotiations and drive operational alignment for one of the company's largest business units. They previously held the position of Director of Risk Management at CareFusion, where they developed a best-in-class business continuity program and significantly reduced supplier risk. With extensive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, Neely's career includes roles at Cardinal Health and Amcor Flexibles, where they demonstrated expertise in cost management, vendor management, and risk reduction. Neely earned a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Packaging from Michigan State University.
