Mitchell Spivey

Mitchell Spivey is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Americas HR Operations & Service Delivery at BD, Mitchell has previously held the position of Director of HR Operations & Service Delivery for the Americas Region at the same company. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of Business Operations and Chief Human Resources Officer at Avenue 360 Health and Wellness and working as an Independent Consultant specializing in HR Leadership, Global Payroll/Time, and Change Transformation. Prior roles at BP included VP/Head of Western Hemisphere HR Services and Head of Global Payroll, Time and Absence, along with a progression of roles in payroll and client services. Mitchell holds an MBA in Human Resources from Capella University and a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from the College of Charleston.
