Norbert Modla

Norbert Modla is an experienced Human Resources executive with a robust track record across multiple regions. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources & Communication at BD since February 2020, Norbert leads HR functions across Greater Asia and ANZ. Prior to this role, leadership was demonstrated at Acelity as Head of International Human Resources, overseeing HR for Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Norbert also held the position of CHRO at JF Hillebrand Group, transforming global HR and Communications functions. At Philip Morris International, responsibilities included directing HR Business Partnering and leading Talent Management and Organisation Development across Asia.
