Robert Staab

Robert Staab is a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer at BD, where they lead initiatives focused on capital project execution, process validations, and rapid design/prototyping. With over 15 years of experience in Project Management and Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, they specialize in lean methodologies, engineering change management, and risk analyses to ensure the production of medical devices meets safety and compliance standards. Previously, Robert held positions as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Alkota Cleaning Systems, a Machinist at Sargent Pipe Company, and a Community Enrichment Instructor at Mid-Plains Community College, where they taught robotics and engineering concepts to students.
