Ron Hansen

Ron Hansen is a dedicated leader in training development with a rich background in educational program design and implementation. From 2007 to 2017, they served as the Director of JA City at Junior Achievement of Utah, where they designed curriculum and trained hundreds of educators annually. Currently, Ron holds the position of Department Training Development Leader at BD, continuing their work in enhancing training processes and employee experiences. Ron completed a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Learning Technology from Utah State University in 2017 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the same institution.
