Ryan Smart is a Manager of Packaging COE with extensive experience in packaging engineering. At CareFusion, Ryan currently provides support for the Respiratory and Infection Prevention business units, leading cost savings initiatives and overseeing design verification. Prior to this role, Ryan worked at Baxter Healthcare as a Packaging Technologist, supervising operations in the Packaging Development Laboratory and implementing lean initiatives. Ryan earned a degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing from Northern Illinois University in 2008.
