Sandra Foray

Sandra Foray is currently the Responsable Formation et Développement des compétences at Becton Dickinson, where they define and implement development actions amid new product industrialization and equipment installation. Previously, Sandra held various roles, including Responsable des ressources humaines at Capgemini and Responsable formation at Rio Tinto Alcan. They also worked as an independent trainer and consultant in human resources and dedicated seven years to professional integration and training program coordination in nonprofit and parapublic structures. Sandra holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from I.A.E de Grenoble and earlier studied local policy management at the Institut d'Urbanisme de Grenoble.
